Oh....one more thing....

The other thing about hydrogenated oils that I have been reading and have found research on is when the FDA got involved in labeling "trans fats"....it only requires for them to label a gram or more....so, if there is less than a gram in one serving...it can still say "0 grams of Trans Fat!" But here is the "CATCH 22"....if you eat more than one serving....or eat several types of trans-fat-free products thruout your day....you are still getting trans fats....all those less than 1gm add up!!! I'm reading all sort of labels...you can't rely on the Nutritional facts...you have to look at the ingredients.

As for me...I'm going to steer very very clear of the Hydrogenated Oils! You can read more here.
